Redirect plugin? You mean CB Core Redirect? It already does. If a user trys to access Joomlas registration page then it sends them to CBs registration page. It's not meant to hijack normal usage. It just prevents Joomla user pages from being accessed. Where it redirects to is 1 to 1. Meaning if you go to Joomlas login, you'll get CBs login, etc..
