Dates are stored as SQL formatted so you can't really compare that very well in CB Conditional. You could do the age calculation using SQL and a CB Query Field, but that won't dynamically update and will only update after a page load. You could use a Select fieldtype that is just ages as the values. Then condition it, but it won't dynamically update the users age as the years go by. You can also try using the greater than/less than comparisons to compare against a date and see if that'll work, but no guarantee it will.
