I use Plugin CB Reconfirm Email whith CB 1.9 and after test, don't work.
CB Configuration is: Requires confirmation email.
No mail as spam.
I just activate the plugin or should do something else?
It only works if the user changes their email address. It then asks them to confirm the change by sending an email to the new email address. Once they click the confirmation link it will change their email address to the one they changed it to before confirming. It doesn't do anything for moderator accounts.

Yes, I understand but it does not mache.
If a user changes his email frontpage, there is the message "Your configuration is saved." on the profile page, but no notification. I tried with different messaging to test but nothing.
It does not apply to CB moderators or when a CB moderator edits a user. You need to login as a normal Registered user then change your email address from profile edit. It should then handle the reconfirmation perfectly fine. We're using it here at Joomlapolis and it seams to still be working fine.
It should then show "Your email address has changed and requires reconfirmation. Please check your new email address for your confirmation email." as a Joomla message. The user should then receive an email with a confirmation link to the new email address they tried to set.
