Exporting users from 2.5 to 3.2 was created by Buzz50

What is the best way to export my Joomla and COMMUNITY Builder users from my Joomla 2.5 site and then upload them to 3.2?

Community Builder 1.9.1

I am re-building my site rather than upgrading as it is in one almighty mess due to me adding numerous extensions, modules and plugins.

CB Juice is the only known export/import for CB.
