Final string sent to Ogone

Final string sent to Ogone was created by vandenindenove
I've been using CBSubs on a website for more then a year now and since a month or two the payments aren't working anymore and get a unknown error/1/s message at the Ogone back-end. Ogone told me that this means that the final string that is being sent by CBSubs to Ogone aren't matching and thus result in a failed payment.

They asked me if i could send that string to them so they can compare that to their's and then they can tell immediately were the fault is situated. But I'm just a amateur webmaster with very little experience witht those online payment stuff. Were can i find that string or final page that is being sent to Ogone and then compared with the settings there.

Thx in advance.

It's all generated internally. You should be able to see within CBSubs > Notifications or CBSubs > History Log if anything is failing on CBSubs end. There's likely a matching issue between the data sent to Ogone and the data send from Ogone. If for example you're adding to the price at Ogones end, like some sort of fee, it could cause this to happen. Ensure all pricing and pricing adjustments are done in CBSubs it self.
