You want to have a module inside of the profile in a tab or as a field? That's only doable in CB 2.0. No solution for 1.9. If you just want to render it on users profiles then you'll need to create a Joomla menu link to CBs profile page then assign your module to that menu link.

Yes i create a menù link "User Profile (mandatory)" but when user click on a name in the ads list (like the img) the url still "...component/comprofiler/?tab=adsmanagerTab&user= "
so i can't assign a module.

Problem with your AdsManager as it's not appending an Itemid. As it's not using CB API to pull the URLs you'll need to edit the wherever it generates the URL and manually add &Itemid=ITEM_ID_HERE to the URL.
