Install Joomla language extensions then install CB language plugins for those language extensions. For example if you install Joomla Spanish language then you need to install a CB Spanish language plugin. Then when Joomla changes to Spanish, so will CB. See Joomla.org for information regarding multi-lingual usage. See the below for language usage information for CB.

Another option is install CB Google Translate and just let Google handle the translation the best it can.
