Check if a field has changed? Yes, use the after profile update trigger then condition "[var1_FIELDNAME] Not Equal To [var3_FIELDNAME]" and the field will have changed. var1 is the new user object (field values updated) and var3 is the old user object (field values not updated). This makes it simple to compare user objects.

Use a conditional like "[var1_FIELDNAME] Not Empty". It's a conditional it goes where the action says "Conditional".

The video field can't check if it's a video. It only supports specific video providers like Youtube and outputs their embed codes. With CB 2.0 it'll handle providers like Youtube, video file links, and video file uploads.
