Hello,

I am trying to set a field of profile type to conditionally show an additional email address field if the profile type is set to child. However, this is not working when using a radio option. I have tried as well with a select type, but it does not work.

See screen shot below. What am I doing wrong?

Use a conditional self. It behaves better in almost all cases. Edit your extra email field then condition it against your radio field. As radio fields can only have 1 value the equal to operator should work fine. Your value however needs to be the exact value of the radio field as configured in the field.

Thanks Kyle.

I've reconfigured the condition but it is still not behaving correctly. I've changed the referenced field to select from radio but this does not change. My customer prefers a radio display.

Ensure the value of "nina" is the actual value of the field you supplied within CB > Field Management > Your Radio Field. It needs to match exactly. You're also marking your field required instead of hiding it (intentional?). Please also ensure you're using latest release of CB Conditional (3.0.12).

If still not working press F12 while on registration, refresh, then review the Console for and red messages as you could have a fatal JS error occurring that's breaking CB Conditional. Also if you're using CB Profile Pro (3rd party plugin) then CB Conditional probably won't work as the html structure has probably be altered to something CB Conditional does not expect.

Thanks,

I have it working now by removing the CB Profile Pro plugin.
