Do you know if there is any add-on or incubator plugin to make possible for admins to add (register) a new user in the frontend?
I found a component for this purpose (
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/clients-a-communities/user-management/13753
) but would be nice to have such a function within CB, maybe cb2.
No, they would need to log out then register a user normally. Management really should be done from the backend and not the frontend. We may implement this in CB 2.0, but it's unlikely.
