You'll need to create a custom CB plugin that extends the field validation. Basically the same way CB Query Field adds query validation except it'll need to use whatever PHP based API you need. I may add PHP based validation once I've created and released CB Code Field, which will output PHP as a field value (behave same as CB Query Field, but with PHP), but this won't be available until after CB 2.0 goes stable.
