I'm not a developer and I do not understand what file ICAgenda component must be added the code?

Sorry, we do not provide coding assistance. We just don't have the time. Your 3rd party component needs to include CB API exactly as instructed in the tutorial. Once done you'll be able to call any of CBs API from your 3rd party extension. For example you could call a CB field using getField API below.
