Hi I am having problems with log in as administrator from the frontend some groups present a blank page.

What happens is the following

By accessing joomla as administrator and enter some groups they present a blank page.

I enabled the debugger and does not load any data. in fact the showing page has no line of code.

The strange thing is this only happens in some groups. I mean there are groups that work well and others dosent work.

Environment

Joomla V. 2.5.14
CB 1.9.1
CB GroupJive 2.7
PHP Version 5.2.17

If you need more data tell me.

I appreciate any information to help me solve this problem.

Hello Krileon. Yes i allready check the faq.

I have already check the faq

unfortunately I have no access to the server error log.

I have checked that it is not a problem of memory. the hosting has 90MB, I used the script there is in this site to check.
The problem occurs in option = com_comprofiler

Example URL
index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbgroupjive&action=groups&func=show&cat=93&grp=139&Itemid=642

A new data that I have is:

I delete and created again the groups, when they are empty (without users) page load normally, but when I add users page is blank. Add approximately 73 users.

Any Idea?

You need to enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then re-test to see if any errors output. If none you need to check your server error log. If unsure how you'll need to contact your host.

Thanks Krileon,

I enabled debug mode as you indicate and does not give me any results.

I have also installed a copy of the system on a local server to access the error log and sadly no error appear.

Finally I'm talking to the hosting company to give me access to the server error log.

I will continue researching the subject. if I find a solution
