It's just a notice. It won't cause any negative effects on your site. That happens when a Joomla content URL is SEFed, but doesn't have an Itemid. It's an issue with Joomlas router, not CB or any other extension for that matter. I believe they finally fixed it in Joomla 3.2, but I can't say for sure. This happens a lot when you add a link to an article in a module, delimiter field, or basically anywhere that Joomla didn't generate its output.
