Hi Kyle

We have a problem with CBsubs and CB that I cannot figure out.

We use CB conditional and CBsubs

No registration without plan is authorized on CB Subs

Please have a look at activ-ha.com/fr/inscription

When Particulier is selected the validation works ok, on step 2 plan Particulier needs to be selected to go to step 3.

On the contrary when Professional is selected on step 1, then users can go directly to step 3 without selecting a plan on step 2, even if all plans are exclusive and CBsubs is configured to not allow registration without a plan being selected .

In this second case, they can register and only after is there a message telling them that no access is authorized without a plan !

I cannot figure out what has changed in our process.

Could you help us ?
Need private access ?

thanks a lot

CB Conditional doesn't validate CBSubs inputs. So this is normal behavior.

Please keep in my step by step is gone with next CB Conditional release. Instead in CB 2.0 you can select registration to be tabbed or flat (can also do the same for profile edit now too).

Regardless you still won't be able to condition against CBSubs as CBSubs aren't actual fields within field management that it can condition against. The only thing it has to check against is validation error classes, which is entirely up to CBSubs to handle and it only seams to do so for 1 input for one reason or another.

You also don't have value resetting enabled. It's normally good to have this enabled in CB Conditional so the values reset back to blank so validation can recheck properly. This may actually resolve your issue and can be enabled within CB Conditional > Configuration.

Just be sure 1 of your plans is set to Default and you shouldn't have any issues with users trying to register without a plan as it'd always be selected by default.
