Getting a blank web page in when I click the submit button on the connection request.

Getting a blank web page in when I click the submit button on the connection request. was created by jerfri
When I click the submit button on the request a connection popup box i get a blank web page with the address /index.php/profile/view-profile/addconnection?act=connections&connectionid=404

What does this mean and how can I make it come back to the profile or where ever it is supposed to go?
