Hello,

I'm having an issue with my site (i have installed the paid version of CB).
My site works with a user database, where the users can log in and modify their profiles.

The thing is that when users want to change their password, they are able to do it but the email saying "your new password is..." (or something like that) is never sent.
Do i explain myself?

We already tried using any other mail functions of the site to discard email configuration problems.

Can you help me with this issue, please?

PS: my site is serfelices.org

CB doesn't send an email when a user changes their password. You can implement such a feature using CB Auto Actions and its Email action on the after profile update trigger with the following conditionals.

Conditional 1: [var1_password] Not Empty
Conditional 2: [var1_password] Not Equal To [var3_password]

krileon,

Thanks for your answer.

I downloaded the plugin and installed it, but i can't manage to make it work like you said (because i really don't know how it works and how to configure it).
Can you be more specific with your instructions, please?

Thanks again, have a nice day!
