Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retest. There's either a fatal error occurring or possibly your mail server settings are incorrect within Joomla global configuration. Are any other emails sending?

wow never tried joomla debug (always through display_errors in php.ini)
i found errors everywhere!
now i correct some doubled language vars and seems email send working.
