No, the conditionals act independently of one another. The last condition to apply to a field will be the only condition that matters. Is there someway to combine these or create a condition that will do this both?

Because a field can have conditional self and conditional other usages. So you can have a field controlling say 3 other fields differently. There are also One Way conditionals that function one direction and won't reverse that can be combined to create different effects. Personally I don't see much point beyond using just 1 conditional, but others requested it. It's possible a later release may get an AND/OR usage.why are the more tabs in the condition plugin? How can they be used?
