avoid double pm welcome message

hi, i installed autowelcome plugin but now i have a problem:
i set PM and Email welcome, but the system send 2 copy of the same welcome PM.
(im using uddeim don't know if is important)

You probably have UddeIM configured to send a PM notification. This results in an email sent by Auto Welcome and the PM sent by Auto Welcome through UddeIM to trigger an email notification. So you end up with 2 emails. I suggest just sending the PM then let UddeIM handle the email notification of that PM or shutting off PM notifications in UddeIM.

the strange thing is the content of PM message is exactly the same: and i set the content just in autowelcome.

another thing i noticed: in CB config/registration i leave empty the object of welcome message, as the tip on the right says in this way CB shouldnt send any welcome mail. but it sends anyway.
The site is the same that you should know (if not i send you in pvt): you can try: a registered user gets 4 email after activation!

Pending and Welcome emails as configured in CB > Configuration > Registration are independent from the Auto Welcome plugin. To stop the registration emails you need to empty the subject and body of them. Pending should always send though as it contains users details.

CB has no control over this. UddeIM handles this automatically when a PM is received. You can shut this off within UddeIM > Email and set "Allow e-mail notification" to "No" or at least shut off notifications by default using "Default for e-mail notification".

i dont want disable uddeim email notification, i just solve this issue: on registration since i activate autowelcome i get two same pms (content of pm are defined ONLY in autowelcome)

I have no idea why UddeIM is sending 2 notifications, but CB has nothing to do with the UddeIM notification handling as UddeIM does this automatically when a PM is sent.

To stop CB Auto Welcome from sending a PM be sure "Notification Method:" is set to "Email Only". Then ensure "PMS Welcome Subject:", "PMS Welcome Body:", and "PMS Sender Id:" are all empty. This should stop CB Auto Welcome from sending any sort of PM.
