Move Subscription Plan selection from first Registration Step to a later step

I would like to know how the panel presenting the possible Subscription Plans can be moved from the Step 1 tab to a later one. I want to capture the Contact Info on the Step 1 tab and then limit the plans presented on the Step n tab based on data entered in the earlier verified tabs.

Step order is the tab registration order. So you'll need to edit the Subscription tab within CB > Tab Management and change the registration order to something like 99 to make it always last. Same method can be done with any other tab as well to move them around on registration.
