bootstrap not responsive

hey guys,
i found the bootstrap plugin & have installed in on my joomla site which is fully responsive. however the CB registrations are not. all form fields take up more than the full page on mobile devices & even browsers when scrunched.
can you please assist me with some information as to how i can resolve this?

i forgot to mention, i am using joomla 2.5.11
CB 1.9
& the latest CBsubs

Only tab column positions on profile view are responsive in CB 1.9 right now when using CB Bootstrap template. With CB 2.0 all of CBs output is with Bootstrap 3 markup and is responsive.

hi i have upgraded to CB 1.9.1 & everything is responsive with the exception of the CB antispam plugin.... the captch box is causing an issue & goes beyond the template when on mobile device or even in browser when minimized.
how can i make the captcha from antispam plugin responsive?

also i have tried to change from the captcha box to use the "question" or "code" from the anti spam plugin & when i use either nothing shows on the registration page so there is no way for anyone to type in anything.
if this is the best option that is fine because when i use this instead of the captcha box the responsive works great. however i need for the "question or code" to be displayed so they can type into the text field what they see:)

Captcha box? Do you mean the captcha image it self or the text input to supply the captcha code? Captcha settings, including the size of the input, can be changed within CB AntiSpam > Config.

Ensure CB AntiSpam is enabled and public within CB > Plugin Management or its Joomla endpoint may not be reachable. Check your CB AntiSpam configuration for Captcha settings and a preview captcha image to ensure it's working correctly.

please check your private messages. i just sent you one with information to view my issue.
you will see that it is the captcha plugin image itself causing an issue when in responsive mode.
also any idea on the question & code not showing? it is just blank when i use anything other than the captcha?
