How to Display Tabs and Make Mandatory to Only one Group

Dear sir,
I have created 2 Tabs, 1 for Students and Another for Teachers.
and i have some fields which are associated to Teachers Tab and some fields are associated to Students Tab. And I have made some fields in Students Tab as Mandatory, But While adding Teachers from the Backend it is asking the Mandatory fields of the students also,
so how to overcome this problem.

You can disable field validation in backend by setting "Fields validation in Admin" to "No" within CB > Configuration > User Profile. You should then be able to edit users freely from backend without concern for validation.

Thank you very much for your support, it is worked fine,
and please tell me how to Display only the Name instead of username in the members profile,
in the Configuration - Name Format - I have selected the Name Only,
But still it is displaying the username only instead of Name.
so how to do this.

That only affects the Formatted Name field. You likely have the Username field set to display on profile. Move it to a not shown on profile tab or set it to not display on profile.
