problem installation

Hi

When I run the installaion file cbplug_CBSubs_MAIN_300.zip as explained in the user guide
my joomla 2,5 return me the error JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file
I am a bit lost this is on the same hosting plan of another domain I manage and there is run with no issue.

Can someone enlighten me on this issue ?

I am pretty sure that the CBSubs GPL 3.0 guide instructs you to use the CB Plugin Manager to install the cbplug_CBSubs_MAIN_300.zip package - please check again.

You tried to install this using the Joomla extensions installer and Joomla correctly tells you that it cannot find a Joomla XML file in the package.

True I was wrong I made this mistake I did it as explain it went through the installation
but I still not have the paid subscription menu on my web...
I probably forgot another thing

Once you install the CBSubs plugin you should be able to access the CBSubs panel area by going to your CB -> CB PLugin Manager -> CB Paid Subscriptions area.

If you want to have a Joomla backend navigation menu (for CB and CBSubs) you need to follow instructions to install this.

See chapter 6.42 of your CBSubs GPL manual for details.
