{SOLVED] Tab dilemma

{SOLVED] Tab dilemma was created by dillydally
Hi
I have tried all possible options but I still have an issue with tab restrictions.

I have two profiles Individual and Company with one tab that is only for company information. The problem is that in the back end when I have to make an adjustment or manual upgrade to a Honorary free account for individual members the company information tab is visible and I cannot save any other changes without this being completed.

How can I restrict this tab in the back end without affecting the visiblity for corporate users?

Thanks

You can shut off backend field validation if that's what's causing you problems. To do this navigate to CB > Configuration > User Profile then set "Fields validation in Admin" to "No" so fields that aren't relevant to a user, but are required won't cause you any issues in backend when trying to save the user.
