As far as I am aware, no you can't directly link to unsubscribe. It's done via a secure post so directly linking will not have the post variables it expects. Right click and inspect and unsubscribe button on the Subscription tab in Chrome or Firefox for an example of the form, but the security variable changes each time so you likely won't be able to construct a form with plain HTML unless you can use PHP to run the needed functions.
