Fatal Error/ Site Down was created by mba90008
Hi...

I was testing the cb connect with facebook. I registered a test acct via facebook and then deleted the account via the database directly. When I refreshed my site I got the following error

Call to a member function getAuthorisedViewLevelsIds() on a non-object in.../components/com_comprofiler/plugin.foundation.php on line 44

I went into cb tools and did a user db check...found the error that it identified and then went back to the database and deleted the user Id that still remained in the _user_usergroup_map table. Redid the user db test...all green..no errors. But site is still down showing the fatal error.

I deleted my user acct and ids from the _user table, user_usergroup_map table and the _comprofiler table. What have I missed?

Thanks in advance.

Below are the results of my cb user check
**************************************************************************
Checking Users Database:
All Community Builder comprofiler table rows have links to user table.
All users table rows have links to comprofiler table.
users table has no zero id row.
comprofiler table has no zero id row.
All rows in comprofiler table have user_id columns identical to id columns.
All users table rows have ACL entries in user_usergroup_map table.
All ACL user_usergroup_map table rows have corresponding entries in users table.

Never delete directly from database. I've no idea what harm you've caused by doing this, sorry. Always run CB > Tools > User Sync if the Joomla and CB tables are out of sync. Always delete from CB > User Management.

You need to provide the full error being display so we can better suggest something and understand what's happening. Ensure debug mode and maximum error reporting are enabled in Joomla global configuration then re-test to expose the error.
