Whitescreen on CSubs

Hello,

I have just had reports of users not being able to re-subscribe to their membership.

Upon checking csubs backend i.e. settings, statistics etc I'm getting a whitepage. There is NO php errors being reported either?

Joomla! 2.5.18, CB 1.9.1 csubs GPL but unsure which version as I have no way of checking this as the pages whitepage.

Skip that, solved again no ioncube installed after the host upgraded my server.

Could you guys do a check? if ioncube is not installed issue a warning.

You should migrate to CBSubs GPL which no longer needs ioncube and has no (user count or site count) restrictions.

Hello,

The problem is It costs €149 Euros for that, for some thing which is already working. A bit annoying. It should be a free upgrade for previous users then cost on renewals.

Sorry, I do not understand your issue.

As a CBSubs proprietary customer your were given a migration proposal last year that you took advantage of and got a discounted CBSubs GPL subscription.

Just install CBSubs GPL 3.0 that you downloaded before your subscription expired and install it over your existing CBSubs installation - (backup first of course) - all settings and plans will be migrated and preserved.

And I did... Yet some thing still requires ioncube.

However, I can no longer download the GLP because the subscription has just expired. So I cannot try reinstalling again.
