The next 1.9 is scratched?

I'm still waiting for a feature ( forge.joomlapolis.com/issues/4183 ), and it was previously planned for a 1.9 release, but is it correct that there will be no new 1.9, as the 2.0 is so close to release?
And that the feature is in the 2.0 already?

The feature is already in CB 2.0 beta 2.

No ETA on CB 2.0 stable.

The migration task should be a simple install over for you.

Ok, interesting, but it seems that quite a few improvements have been done to 2.0, so much of the tweaking with plugins for all sorts of things I've had to do here to make it look proper aren't necessary any more, so for me it's not going to be straightforward I fear, but that doesn't change that I'm looking forward to it's release.

Once CB 2.0 goes stable I still need to upgrade all of the active incubator projects to be compatible with it (1.x plugins will not install on CB 2.x). Upgrade installs will mark CB 1.x plugins as incompatible (they will still function, but no guarantee).

With that said when upgrading I recommend cloning your existing site and performing the upgrade on the clone to avoid any issues on your live site then go through the entire clone and re-configure as needed and test all the new features before pushing to a live site.
