[SOLVED] CB Privacy :How can a user set a query field to Private?

I think I tested it correct:
Go to www.ifsda.org
Log in as [REMOVED] with pw: [REMOVED]
See what is privat.
Log out and see the List: www.ifsda.org/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=usersList&listid=6

I can see every users address on their profile and on your userlist. Please ensure CB Privacy within CB > Plugin Management is set to Public access or the plugin won't load for everyone. Something does not seam to be configured correctly or there's some sort of conflict. Please ensure you're using latest CB Privacy (3.1.0). If issues persists after checking this please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

CB Privacy is set to public
I had 2.1 now loaded Version 3.10
Field 108 is cb_address
Shows for the user krileon: rule 99 and should be Private
All filds are correct private but NOT in the list.

I send you Access I think over Support... is it?

Have reviewed your install and it's due to the below bug.
