[SOLVED] Site not respecting registered users login

J 3.2.3
CB 1.9.1

Website all working except for
When a registered member (user) is logged in the CB login module shows when on CB component
BUT
When on a different component (ie - Sobipro, Joomla articles, DJ classifieds etc) the CB login menu reverts to show login, username/password - The exception to this is the home page which shows as user logged in and components that have CB integration plugins like Kunena and Simgallery but suprisingly not Groupjive.
even though the user is still logged in and can still go back to Cb profile etc. via homepage.

I am perplexed over why this is happening and all help is most appreciated.
You will also notice that a menu I have published as registered access disappears in the same scenario

PLease remove/close

I have now realised that this was casued by too late at night

Page cache caused pages to show as when last visited, not signed in
Cleared cache on each of the problematic pages and all works as expected now
