Drop Down is BLANK on IE9

Drop Down is BLANK on IE9 was created by nettop
I have a website where users are registering using CB. It is on Joomla 3.2.3 and CB 1.9.1. When a user is registering with IE9, the drop downs are blank. If they use Mozilla, Chrome or Safari, the data is there in the drop down. Is there a problem with IE9 or is it just my site? You can see the issue on the page at www.cboac.net/members-login/auto-generate-from-title if you check it out with IE9 or other browsers. Please advise. Thanks for your help, Tim

There are 2 known IE issues. Either one of them maybe causing this, but believe is due to curvy corners. Please apply the quickfixes found in the below topics.
