You have usergroups assigned to users that don't exist. Run CB > Tools > Synchronize Users and it maybe able to clear it up. Otherwise you need to navigate to the _user_usergroup_map database table, find the IDs it has listed in the error, and remove them.

I remove this files in database.
Now there are not errors with cb tools, but the problem with login persists:
If I log in with an user, the first time, it works, but, when finish his session... if I try again with the same user, it doesn't work
