[SOLVED] Show required registration fields, but only if user selects a specific option?

Hi,

Some of the users of the site I am developing may want to use it for dating purposes. If that's the case, they must complete certain fields during registration.

Is there a way in which I can show these required fields only for the users that have selected the dating option?

(FYI, I am using a tabbed registration form. In the first tab, they will be asked, among other things, if they plan to use the site for dating. If that is the case, then they would need to complete additional fields on a separate tab).

I thought of using Auto Actions for this, but there doesn't seem to be an option to hide fields.

Many thanks for your help,
Hector

Absolutely doable using CB Conditional. It shows/hides fields/tabs based off other values. Please see the below tutorial to get started.
