[SOLVED] unknown error on registration

hey guys
i am getting the following error upon registration: please advise! thank you, i have the most recent version of CB, CB subs & joomla

just wanted to update this quickly as to not waste your time.
oddly enough this error above is related to the mailer settings in the joomla configuration. if anyone else gets an error like this check to make sure you have your server mailer settings configured properly.
