Hi Guys

I have everything setup and functioning correctly on a J.25 site with the latest version of CB 1.9, and I am having trouble posting ARB requests to Authorize.net, even though the options are available to allow for this, in both the plans and settings.

Today we posted some test recurring orders, the user selected the recurring option and input their CC# information.
The transaction was successful, but included the following error message
"authorizenet ARB unknown error returned: Submitted subscription payment didn't return an error but didn't complete."

The transaction does however, show up in both my Authorize.net account and CBSubs 'Subscriptions' & 'Payments' pages. Unfortunately though the subscription are set to manually renew.

I have attached a series of images which detail all of our setting and error logs

Thank you in advance for your assistance

Have you configured ARB as instructed in the CBSubs documentation? It has to be specifically configured. I think it also needs to be enabled in your Authorize.net account (maybe an addon purchase?). Simply enabling recurring payments in the gateway and plan does not enable ARB as it requires specific configuration to enable recurring payments through Authorize.net.

HI Kyle

yes we have the Authorize API, the Authorize hash and the Silent post configured correctly, as per the manual

also we have an Authorize ARB account setup and paid for, but no transactions are showing on the Authorize virtual terminal ARB list

Not really sure where to go from here... :pinch:

Hey guys, beyond what is listed in the manual,
is their any other settings on Authorize that might need to be tweaked to work with CB Subs?
