What is the best way to create a place for Admins to approve new users? Ideally, I'd like for them to do this on the Front End of the website, but in that place, they don't have access to the "Block User", "Approve User" and "Confirm User" fields, they can only modify an existing users data. I have some concerns about giving them full access to the backend, concern that they might mess something up. Is there a way on the backend to just give them access to the Community Builder Menu? Even better, to just the "User Management" part of Community Builder? Any suggestions? Thanks, Tim

Configure and enable the CB Moderator (Workflows) module. It'll inform them when there are users that need approval and will provide a link to the approval page. You can't block or unconfirm a user from frontend; we'll be looking into more frontend management features once we completely redo the frontend (currently the HTML has been rewritten).

Actually, when a new user registers, an email is sent to the Administrator, however there is no link within the email to click on to approve a new user. There is just the basic domain link. Maybe I don't have something configured properly. Any thoughts?

Here's what I get in my Inbox when someone registers (with the field names and domain names removed to protect their identity):

A new user has registered at xyz.com and requires approval.
This email contains their details

Name - First Last
E-mail - Email address
Username - user

The message you are seeing can be edited in your language files if you want, but the process is that if a moderator gets such a message they need to login on the site with their moderator username and use the CB Workflow module to approve or reject the application.

See your detailed CB Documentation (Advanced download area) for more details.
