Have reviewed your install and it is not configured properly. The message "App Not Setup: The developers of this app have not set up this app properly for Facebook Login." is shown to non-developers. It maybe a little confusing due to the many changes to the UI that Facebook has done compared to the Tutorials, but I'll be updating them after CB 2.0. In the mean time the below screenshots are examples of a working configuration.

Check on "Status & Review" to ensure your application is enabled for live usage. "Do you want to make this app and all its live features available to the general public?" should be set to "Yes" there.
