CB Activity has no integration with Virtuemart. You'd need to implement into Virtuemart for it to add to the activity database when an item is purchased. You'll need to contact Virtuemart as to where the best location would be to place such code. A direct database query to insert activity will work with CB Activity or you can using API, entirely up to you.
