Is there a way for an Administrator to add a user from the Joomla front-end via some Joomlapolis or 3rd party add-on? I realize an admin could fill out the Registration form for a new user, but that would generate confirmation emails and so on. What we're looking for is a menu item or module or something we can set to "Special" access (for our admins only) that they can just create a new user account - fully approved.
I have looked through the Incubator and other add-ons and didn't see anything that obviously does this function. Is there something?
We've nothing to provide such a feature, but more frontend management features are planned for a future release of CB 2.x. Best way is just to logout and go through registration unfortunately. I have no 3rd party extensions to recommend to help with this, but some have had various success using 3rd party Form extensions like RSForms then handling the post data to create a CB user using the below API.

For anyone else who is looking, I found "Add User Frontend" in the Joomla directory (
extensions.joomla.org/extensions/clients-a-communities/user-management/13753
) for J2.5 and J3.0 that seems to work pretty well and integrates to CB nicely (after entering a new user it provided a link with CB integration turned on right to the new user's profile).
