Hi we are using the profile pro to keep notes about students and want to disable the email notification to the user that a comment has been added to the wall. I have disabled and then uninstaleed the notify me plugin. But that has made no difference.
Can you point me in a direction to disable the email notification system for the profile wall?
I've no idea what Profile Pro Wall is. Do you mean CB ProfileBook and its Wall tab? Please clarify as am unsure how to advise you at this time.

The user needs to edit their profile and ensure they're not set to receive notifications (believe this if off by default). You should also be able to disable these fields if you don't want users setting them within CB > Field Management.

Hi I have now got a working solution.
I had no luck unpublishing the fields on a global basis. I have now added the cb_pb_notifyme_wall field to a user profile. It has neither a yes or no as default. But if I explicitly set it to no. I get no notifications - just what I want.
But we are expecting a lot of users so is it possible to set the default to NO in the sql or code. Thanks for your pointers
