if you want post me in pvt the ftp credential and I will check.
otherwise, all i can say i remember you have to install freichat moving the directory into your ftp space, follow the installation and the db perform, then you have to install the freichat module.

Navigate to thewebsurfer's profile and under Messages use either Send Email or Send Private Message. Either will work fine.

I suggest checking out the various chat extensions on JED found below.
