Never heard of such an issue. You need to set your plans registration display to be url based only then the user needs to use that URL to subscribe to that plan. If they go to normal registration they will not see the plan there.thanks. i tried to use this feature previously however it didnt work for me (not sure why). when i set the registration to url only, upon registration it would automatically direct the user to the "registration completed" page instead of the payment page. i then set it back to registration & it fixed the issue & started sending the users to the payment/checkout page.
i actually have already done exactly what you recommended & that is how i use CBsubs for products by simply creating an article with the specified links. i will try the url on the upgrade instead of the registration but any idea as to why this would occur if set to registration url only?
thank you
We understand the need, but CBSubs is first and foremost a subscription management system. It is not a store like Virtuemart. However, we have plans to extend it further. We already have a basket system, totalizer system, and (non-working atm) quantity. In the future we'd ideally like it to be able to function as both store and/or subscription system. I have no idea when that'll happen though, but it's planned.Good point. I am thinking about the exact same use case. Club-Membership with multiple plans, Additional products like misc. print magazines or downloads.
An automatic split or anything that distinguishes between subscriptions and merchandize products would be really helpful. At least as an optional filter for the tab display.
