A 403 is an forbidden (access denied) error. Anytime CB throws one it should with the message "You are not authorized to view this page!". Normally happens if you have forced https for login, registration, etc.. It can also happen if spoof checking fails, which could happen due to the form being cached (bad) as the spoof field value would be cached (out of date).
