Does adding new fields upset CB Conditional?

Joomla 2.5.7, CB 1.9.1, CB Conditional 3.0.12

I have three dropdown boxes A, B and C. The value selected in box A determines what is displayed on boxes B and C. I had everything working correctly for each of the five values in box A.

Then I added some more fields using CB Field Management and the conditions no longer work. One box A value selected has no effect on box B but does on box C even though the conditions are still set for box B. Another box A value has no effect on box B whose conditions are still set but and the conditions for box C have disappeared.

I have checked the console for errors and the only JS error is in respect of a password field being present on an http page rather than an https page.

I have run the Tools for both CB and CB Conditional and had no errors.

No, adding more fields won't do anything to hurt CB Conditionals. Ensure you're not conditioning the options in B or C multiple times as only the last conditional applies to an option, field, or tab. Also ensure it's set to two-way (default) to ensure show/hide toggles back and forth automatically.

Thanks for getting back to me. I think I see what you're getting at when you say ' not conditioning the options in B or C multiple times' which I may be doing. The two-wat option is set, so that's OK.

I'll have a play and see if I can get it to do what I want.
