When I install 'com_comprofiler' from Joomla installer to upgrade Community Builder from 1.9.0 to 1.9.1, I got an error message as attached.
It saying (Translation from jp to en by me)
"Cannot copy selected file
JInstaller::install: Copy Failed:From <span>/</span>var<span>/</span>www/html/tmp/install_534ba019b2b4/plugin.class.php To <span>/</span>var<span>/</span>www/html/administrator/components/com_comprofiler/plugin.class.php
"
After that site went down, then I checked httpd errorlog to see what problems are. The followings are the logs which seems to be related width the problem;

I did upgraded CB in dev. server and it went succeeded. I'm struggled with this happened in live one.
My environment:
Joomla 1.5.15
CB 1.9
