How to setup a field to be searchable? You need to mark it searchable in CB > Field Management then add it to your userlist in 1 of the 4 columns while editing the userlist within CB > List Management or mark the list to show all searchable fields. Please see your CB documentation, which you can download from the Advanced downloads section, for more details.
