Community builder activity page just stopped working...

Hi,

My community activity page stopped working after a week. The url is here: www.reformedchristianity.org/activity.html

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 45 seconds exceeded in /home/religio9/public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbactivity/cbactivity.class.php on line 819

Please disregard. I had to delete all activities, and then the page came back up.

Ensure you've the latest release of CB Activity and then you should be able to place a date limit on activity. The more activity your site has the more it has to parse through, which could take a considerable amount of time and result in timeouts like you experienced. You can find the date cut off feature within CB Activity > Config.

Hi Kyle,

I have found that CB Activity is too slow when kunena posts for more than one day are displayed. I don't know why the pages that Cb activity are displayed in slow down so much with just 3-4 kunena posts. I'm looking forward to future updates of Cb Activity, hoping that this will be addressed.

Next release of CB Activity will have some significant performance boosts. If just Kunena activity is slowing it down you can shut off display of Kunena activity within CB Activity > Config.
