CB list was created by debthornell
1. Image can be uploaded but does not sync to list page. You can see it on my profile but icon still shows too?
2. Registration fields do not appear in color or outlined. Can't see where to enter data.
3. Address, city, state and zip did not show up on field list. When I went to create new said they existed? I had to create new address1', city1' etc but they do not link up to show on the list or anywhere.

Please provide a screenshot of the issue. It's possible you have admin approval enabled for image uploads. On profile it should show the default image and the new image side by side. Only the users self and admin would see this though. On userlist you'd see just the default image. CB Moderators can approve the uploads using the CB Workflows module or you can optionally disable image upload approval within CB > Configuration > Images

2. Registration fields do not appear in color or outlined. Can't see where to enter data.

Sounds like a Joomla template styling issue. Switch to default Joomla template and see if issue persists.

3. Address, city, state and zip did not show up on field list. When I went to create new said they existed? I had to create new address1', city1' etc but they do not link up to show on the list or anywhere.

Those are sample data fields. You need to run Sample Data from CB > Tools for CB to create them. However, it's probably better to just create them manually as needed.

Default Joomla template. This would affect your entire site. The purpose is to test if the issue is caused by your Joomla template. You can change Joomla template in Joomla backend under Extensions > Template Manager.

3. Loaded sample. Never had to do that before?

Very old version of CB used to load it on install. That hasn't been the case for years though.
