CB Connect - Facebook Error

I keep getting a Username not used error message. I am sure that it has to do deal with this.

Endpoints no longer available in v2.0
/me/locations has been removed. Please use /me/tagged_places instead.
/me/checkins has been removed, along with the user_checkins permission.
/me/questions has been removed, along with the user_questions permission. This also includes /{page-id}/questions, /{group-id}/questions, /{question-id} and /{question-option-id}.
/me/subscribers and /me/subscribedto have been removed.
/me/username is no longer available.
/me/notes is no longer available, along with the user_notes permission.
/{page-id}/notes is no longer available.
/{page-id}/questions is no longer available.
Public Post search is no longer available. (/search?type=post&q=foobar)
News Feed search is no longer available (/me/home?q=foobar)
Start Now is no longer available in v2.0.

I am guessing the Plug needs an update to work with the new API 2.0

Yes, it needs to be updated. It will be rewritten and completely upgraded after CB 2.0 goes stable. For now, if Facebook allows it, shut off "New Auth Dialog" migration within Facebook Developer > Apps > Your App > Settings > Migration. This should resolve the issue and allow 1.0 APIs to function again. Also be sure you're not asking for a ton of permissions with CB Connect > Config > Facebook > Application as many permissions are deprecated.

There is likely some serious issues to be caused by 2.0 API though. For example User IDs are becoming APP specific. This means IDs will no longer match their global Facebook ID, which is stored to their profile to link to their user. I will need to review the API changes carefully for next release, but for now using Facebooks 2.0 API is not an option.

I tried as you suggested, but I still get the same error:

(#12) username is deprecated for versions v2.0 and higher

I guess I will just have to wait for an update, I hope you guys get one out soon. Thank you for the response...

That shouldn't be the case. They didn't deprecate 1.0 API. All 1.0 APIs should continue to work fine. That endpoint is got for 2.0 API, which CB Connect is not using. Please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.
